Cupid shot me with inspiration, not Love

Happy Valentines Day Bloggers.

I should start this post off with something relevant to today's most misleading event. Cupids day of shooting helpless men and women with his bow and arrow.

My Valentines day last year was hard to top. My favourite person - at the time - with copious amounts of very expensive, very interesting, food.

I felt content with my relationship and for the first time a long while, loved. Appreciated.

This year I am alone at university, slightly saddened but realising that we don't always have love when we feel we are meant to.

There's this big expectation to have a Valentine but in reality it's just another day for business to make money and the world ensuring you look in the mirror and question why you are all alone.

You're not though. It's an illusion.

Aside from V-Day, I am to reset myself some goals for this year. Without them I am slightly falling off track and losing sight of hope for myself and my future.

Here goes...

GOAL ONE
Complete and pass all subjects to get my Diploma of Communications
Finalise this year to merge me into my Bachelors degree next year

GOAL TWO
Start a sport. Become that chunky, or muscly girl that you once were.
Love your body and swim freely in my biki

GOAL THREE
Don't settle for a man until I love myself whole

GOAL FOUR
Find a home I feel comfortable in

GOAL FIVE
Save for a new car that works!

GOAL SIX
Stay with a job and have had it for a at least 6 months of this year

I am sure there will be plenty more to come but for now this will get my feet back on the ground. Sometimes life seems foggy, like you're driving in a storm with ho headlights. Just pull over, wait for the storm to pass and carry on like planned.

Don't try and hit a demon head on, find a way around it.

Keep going, you're doing great
