Cycle of Life

 Life is a cycle.

We are born, we grow, we deteriorate and then we die. Our life expectancy as human beings is on average 66 years.

So why is it that by 22 it's as if I have died and returned to life over a dozen times?

Each phase trying to escape furthest from the last.

We depart our old friendships and familiarities to flourish into something different; hopefully something more, something greater than we were before.

I suppose not every season shed the same success as the last... and some I thrived; like shooting stars above mountains.

Direction sometimes the only clarity that I have and other times, routine needs to return immediately to prevent a wandering mind from wandering.

It is normal for you to question where you are at in your life.

If you didn't, how could you reflect on what needs improving and to know what the next step is?

Life is a like a game of a Chess.

One wrong move, Check-Mate!

A few right ones and you could well and truely be victorious even after a few losses.

Any of you readers owned fish?

When entering a fish into a new domain you must keep it contained with the water from its previous tank. This is to prevent the fish from going in to shock but also adjusting to the new waters levels, temperature and surroundings of its new home.

Every time we fall into our next chapter, we tend to hold onto the last because that's all that we know.

When the end of the novel is not yet completely written, how will we know what we are fated next?

To crumble or to exceed.

Bloggers,

If you are feeling lost, I urge you to remember what it was you were chasing in the first place.

Was it love, money? Success, family, genuine friendships?

Prioritise and achieve.

Just remember that what ever it was that got you to this point, doesn't matter if it is tragic, beautiful or lucky, just know that you are here and what ever happens next you have the strength and ability to determine that for yourself.

It all comes down to you and only you.

You've got this.
